At Wallfacer, you will work with logistics professionals that have been in your shoes and understand the complexities of your business. We are eager to help in any way we can.
02
More Than a Quote
We measure ourselves at renewal, not at the first sale. Our commitment to a long-lasting relationship with our clients goes beyond the first policy.
03
We Help Improve Risks
A strong renewal comes from a year of real work: understanding your operation, placing coverage that fits how you actually run, and helping you become a better risk.

Support Through Experience
Step 1 of 3
The Start: Learning from Within
Before we talk coverage, we dive into your operation: lanes, equipment, drivers, and your vision. We believe service begins with real understanding.
Step 2 of 3
The Presentation: Honesty and Advocacy
We present a complete, accurate submission that shows underwriters the strengths a quote form misses while making a case for your business.
Step 3 of 3
The Road Ahead: Service
Whether through safety guidance, DOT audit preparation, DataQs assistance, or ongoing support, we're in your corner for the long road.

Our story
Built From Inside Trucking
Wallfacer wasn't built by someone looking to enter the insurance industry. It was built by someone who spent over a decade living the realities of trucking. From freight brokerage and carrier management to owning and operating a trucking company, our founder's experience is rooted in an industry his family has been part of for more than 30 years.
We've sat on the other side of the desk. We've experienced the gaps in coverage, the agents who didn't understand our business, and the lack of support when it mattered most. Wallfacer was created to change that—to deliver honest advice, practical solutions, and a partnership that extends far beyond the policy.

Our mission
Our mission is to give trucking and logistics businesses the agent they deserve: one who understands their operation from the inside, represents them honestly to the markets, and works alongside them every year to build a stronger business.
If You Win, We Win.
Every business deserves an agent who understands its operation, represents it honestly, and stays engaged after the policy is bound.
